I’m so grateful you arrived here.

First, I want you to honor you for taking a step towards improving your life today. The fact that you’re reading this means you have the willingness and courage to move beyond your limits and into a more liberated version of yourself. That’s huge.

I’m here to serve you with compassion and without judgement. I provide a safe and supportive container for you to alleviate your fears, triggers, overwhelm, trauma, pain and suffering. By helping you release what no longer serves you, you can then move into a new way of living.

Note: I work with adolescents (15+), young adults, and adults. I don’t see children in my private practice. 


While I have over 25 years of experience as a therapist specializing in neuroscience, mindfulness, and human potential, my framework goes far beyond that. I have a very holistic approach that’s not tied to labeling and diagnosing. I draw upon my extensive background as a meditation and yoga teacher, sound healing instructor, and my decades of experience learning from some of the greatest spiritual leaders of our time.

I’ve spent my life researching non-pharmacological approaches to stress, worry, pain and suffering — and now, I get to share my tools and expertise with you. I’ve created a very large and diverse bag of tricks that allows me to serve people in a deeply powerful way. My approach is far from a one-size-fits all, and we’ll work together to find what feels right for you.

In life, pain is an inevitable reality. We will all experience loss, trauma, separation, loneliness, overwhelm, fear, sadness and regret. These are all part of the human experience. My work is very much rooted in the idea that while pain is inevitable, suffering is not. I’m here to help you shed your suffering so you can truly experience the joy and peace that are always available to you, regardless of your external situation.

These are the 5 keys to happiness, success, health and well-being . . .

I have come to believe that when I help my clients in the following 5 areas, they move the needle in their lives quickly and rapid transformation follows. Motivation increases to create sustainable happiness and permanent change. 

  1. Self awareness: I’ll teach you how to skillfully pay attention to your internal state of being in the present moment. You do this by compassionately noticing your thoughts, feelings, emotions and reactions. This is the cornerstone of self-awareness.

  2. Self regulation: I’ll help you choose behaviors that are in alignment with your values, purpose and goals. Self-regulation involves taking care of ourselves and others with kindness, skill, and creativity.  

  3. Stress mastery: I’m an expert in the psychology of stress and how to interrupt the stress response to alleviate reactivity and suffering. Your ability to manage fight-flight stress response will determine your health and well-being. 

  4. Becoming trigger-free: I support people in learning research-based tools to quickly “unhook” from annoying and repetitive thoughts and feelings.

  5. Authentic Relationships: If you’re struggling with an important relationship, I’ll teach you how to create a new possibility for conscious communication and harmonious, peaceful connection.
